Neither claim comes from the digits, and the digit order points the other way. A number that places study ahead of change asks what the study found; it does not grade a decision in advance or name a date. The biblical 75 that readers most often find is an age: "Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran" (Genesis 12:4), setting out for Canaan at God's instruction.
