No. Revelation 13:18 tells the reader to "calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number for a person," and gives that number as six hundred sixty-six. Four sixes appear nowhere in the passage, and the calculation the verse asks for, which most scholars solve as the name Nero Caesar written in Hebrew letters, belongs to angel number 666 alone.
